Terms of Service
David Lively App Alerts · Effective November 2, 2026
David Lively App Alerts is operated by David Lively (LIVELY Five).
These terms cover David Lively App Alerts, the text message program for David Lively’s personal apps. The program is run by David Lively. Each app may also have its own terms for the rest of the app.
The program
David Lively App Alerts sends account alerts by text message from David Lively’s personal apps to the people who use them and sign up for alerts in the app. Each alert is about the app the person signed up in. It sends no marketing messages. The apps that send alerts, and what each one sends, are listed on the program page.
Signing up
You sign up inside an app, by entering your mobile number and ticking a box agreeing to receive alerts. The box is never ticked for you, and signing up is never required to use an app. You’ll get one text confirming you’re signed up.
Messages
- Message frequency varies, depending on what happens in the app you signed up in.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
- Reply HELP to any message for help, or email support@davelively.net.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You’ll get one message confirming you’re unsubscribed, and no more after that. A STOP ends alerts from every app in the program to that number. An app may also let you turn its alerts off on the page where you signed up.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Alerts are available for US mobile numbers only.
Privacy
How your phone number and consent record are handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
