Privacy Policy
David Lively App Alerts · Effective November 2, 2026
David Lively App Alerts is operated by David Lively (LIVELY Five).
This policy covers David Lively App Alerts, the text message program for David Lively’s personal apps, run by David Lively. Each app has its own privacy policy for the rest of what it does; for example, The Inn’s.
What we collect
- Your mobile number, when you sign up for alerts in an app.
- A record of your consent: when you agreed, on which page, and the exact wording you agreed to, along with the app account you signed up from.
- Opt-outs, recorded the same way, whether you reply STOP or turn alerts off in an app.
- Message records that our text message provider keeps when it delivers messages, such as the number, time and delivery status.
How we use it
- To send alerts from the app you signed up in, and only to numbers that signed up.
- To honor opt-outs, and to answer HELP requests.
- To keep a record that shows when and how someone agreed to, or stopped, text alerts.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We use service providers only to run the program: Twilio delivers text messages, and Amazon Web Services hosts the apps and their data. They handle information only to provide those services.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop all alerts to that number.
- To ask what we hold about you, or to have it removed, email support@davelively.net. Consent and opt-out records may be kept as proof of what was agreed.
